Vacation Rental Information & Policies
Rental Seasons
Off Season - December through February Fall /Spring - March, April, Mid-May, September, October, November
Summer - Mid-May through Mid- August
Weekly Rates are based on a seven day stay.
Summer Check-in:
Saturday at 3:00 pm; Check-out: The following Saturday
at 10:00 am.
Monthly Stays are based on a calendar month.
Nightly Rates,
based on a three night minimum stay plus a cleaning fee, are available upon request.
Check In and Check-Out
Check in at Sea Palms Inn AFTER 3pm and CHECK OUT by 10am.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm.
Prior arrangements and pre-payment of the balance due are necessary for late arrivals. Front desk personnel available 7am to 11pm.
Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the rental rate is required within seven (7) days of making a reservation in order to receive confirmation.
A personal check or travelers check payable to By The Sea is accepted as payment.
For your convenience we also accept Visa and MasterCard
at the time of making your reservations. Reservations will not be held beyond seven (7) days without payment.
Taxes and Balance Due
State tax of 6% and a local hotel tax of 5% on your first
30 nights is charged to your rental. Upon check in, the payment
of the balance is due in full.
For late arrivals, payment is due prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable unless the property can be rented to
another guest for the same time period. A service charge
of $50.00 will apply to all refunds.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted in our properties unless specifically noted.
A pet deposit will be requested at the time of check-in. Violators of this policy will be asked to vacate the premises.
Linens
Bed and bath linens are provided unless specifically noted. Guests may
bring their own or contact Patsy McCarthy at 912-399-8985.
Telephone
Local calls are complimentary. Long distance calls require
the use of a calling card or third party billing.
General Information
All of our properties are privately owned and are equipped
and furnished according to the owners' preference. As guests, you are asked to respect
the property as if it were your own. Please do NOT rearrange the furnishings, remove items from the premises or park on the lawn.
